MSDC is aimed in particular at people in poor neighborhoods of Kinshasa who cannot afford to benefit from these services.
For the center's activities a solar power plant and an additional solar pump for 6 m³/h have been realized with the support of BEGECA.
The facility has clean water to provide patients with drinking water and for personal hygiene, especially after sporting activities for therapy
Patients and nursing staff are sensitised to the careful use of clean water, which is essential for the treatment of diabetes.
